Effective road marking
Road markings are the most inexpensive way to reduce traffic accidents on the roads. Because of increasing traffic volumes there is a need to produce new road markings every year.
Tieto-Oskari Oy has been developing devices for decades, so that the customers can perform road marking work cheaper, more effectively and faster.
User interface
The work of the road marking machine driver demands attentiveness. The purpose of the system is to help the driver´s role. The automation handles background functions independently and informs necessary data via a touch screen.
Only one person is needed to drive the machine: to produce the road marking material, to target the road marking in the right places, to adjust the material consumption, to control the marking process, to collect the precise data of the work with GPS and to deliver the reports to the customer.

The system operates with a CAN bus where connected devices read measurement data and control the machine´s actuators. RMD-10 system is typically configured and delivered to the customers so-called turnkey.
A close cooperation with the machine manufacturer
Tieto-Oskari Oy cooperates closely with Norwegian company Trysil Maskin AS and Finnish company Trysil RMM Oy. The both companies produce
truck-mounted machines for road marking purposes.
